DESCRIPTION:Founders’ day – the inimitable celebration of the Chennai Chapter. The day for each of us to gather as friends and families\, recall our founders’ contribution and enjoy a session of general interest is here.\nFounders’ Day is scheduled on February 24  (Saturday) and agenda is below: \n5:45 PM: Registration and Networking\n6:00 PM – Welcome Address by Chapter President\n6:05 PM: Address by a Senior Member of our Chapter\n6:15PM: First Guest Talk by Mr. Eswar Balasubramanian\, Project Puthri\n7:00 PM: Second Guest Talk by Mr. Krishan Datri\n7:45 PM: Vote of Thanks by Hon Secretary followed by Buffet Dinner \nAbout the Talk \n\nRedesigning The Destinies– My address would be about AHCT’s initiatives- Project Puthri\, MITR\, PCP and Scholarship Programs. Our research studies about our initiatives. Various volunteering opportunities we provide and the ways to support our initiatives.\nThe topic is outlined as Blood Cancer and Blood Disorders. In this topic\, we will discuss the underlying causes of blood cancer and blood disorders\, as well as how they can be cured. (How stem cells will be donated) We will also share some motivational anecdotes of blood stem cell donation.\n\nAbout the Speaker \n\nMr. Eswar Bala\, holds a role of a Vice President for Outreach & Impact at AVTAR Human Capital Trust and oversees project Puthri\, India’s first ever developmental project that seeks to create Career Intentionality among underprivileged girl students.  He is a Management Postgraduate in Finance & HR from Anna University\, with over 20+ years of work experience. Joined Avtar as a management trainee and have raised to leadership levels by cheer hard work and passion. A seasoned HR professional with well-honed expertise in handling large Client in the industries like\, Banking / ITES / Telecom /Retail and Service sector. He has been instrumental in shaping up 1000s of young talents in our country! He has completed a very specialised Leadership certification program from Indian Institute of Management\, Kozhikode. Under his leadership AHCT has been clocking awards every year. His favorite hobby is to spend time with children\, offer free coaching classes for the needy and indulge in community service.\nAkash P R has been with Datri since 2020\, connecting with existing donors and increasing future contributors through awareness initiatives in Tamil Nadu institutions and organizations.\n\nNote: Founders’ Day event is non-CPE event. \n
