The meeting will begin at 6.05 PM to transact the following business: \n\nTo accept and adopt the Honorary Secretary’s report for the year 2021-2022.\nTo accept and adopt the Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2021-2022.\nTo accept and adopt the updated Chapter bylaws version.\nTo appoint the auditor for the year financial year 2022-2023.  M/s. Sathiyamurthy and Associates have accepted to be our auditor for the year 2022-23.\nTo transact any other business with the permission of the chair.\n\nAll the members are requested to attend the meeting and make the deliberations fruitful.
