The talk will be made interactive with the help of live polls. Initial discussion will prove how Organisational Resilience is close to the organisation’s VMV (Vision\, Mission\, Values). He will then talk of Personal Resilience\, and will close with discussions proving how it is more important in the context of the current Covid-19 Pandemic. He will present the results of 67 surveys conducted by him during this Pandemic period. Finally\, a gift from him \n‘Daman’s Thermometer’ (the need of the hour!) for all participants! \nSpeaker Profile \nMultiple BCI Awards winner (Continuity & Resilience Contributor India and South Asia 2021\, Continuity & Resilience Contributor Middle East 2020- and Global Finalist\, Merit Award Global 2012\, Business Continuity Manager India 2009)\, DRII Lifetime Achievement Award 2021 Finalist\, Daman is ex- BCM Head of Steria UK. He teaches and consults in Organisational Resilience (ISO 22316)\, BCM (NCEMA 7000/ ISO 22301)\, Crisis Management (BS 11200)\, Risk Management (ISO 31000)\, and soft skills. He has served multiple clients\, in over 20 countries\, and in varying industry sectors. He is a Qualified Independent Director (Ministry of Corporate Affairs\, Government of India scheme). \nDaman holds over 35 and over 16 years’ experience in the industry and the Resilience domains\, respectively. He is a trainer\, consultant\, speaker\, author\, practitioner\, auditor\, and assessor. He has co-authored a book “Step by Step guide AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2015 Implement BCM the UAE Way!” \nDaman has held many executive level posts like Vice President\, CIO\, COO\, Practice Head\, Board Member etc. \n  \n
