Synopsis:
Organizations today are rapidly adopting AI-powered systems, creating new and complex attack surfaces that extend beyond traditional cybersecurity risks. Threats such as prompt injection, data poisoning, adversarial manipulation, model theft, and insecure AI supply chains require enterprises to rethink conventional threat-modelling approaches.
This PDM explores how organizations can proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security threats across AI and GenAI systems throughout their lifecycle. The session will provide practical insights into embedding threat modelling into AI design and deployment, strengthening governance oversight, and fostering collaboration among security, technology, risk, and business leaders.
The session will enable organizations to anticipate emerging risks and build secure, trustworthy, and resilient AI solutions rather than responding only after vulnerabilities are exploited.
