Cancellation Policy
ISACA Chennai Chapter (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Organizer”) reserves the right to cancel the event(s) due to unforeseen circumstances. Depending on the reason for cancellation, the Organizer will determine the refund policy as it sees fit. The Organizer reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the program, venue, speaker replacements and/or if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
By registering for the event, you are automatically consenting to receive communications deemed necessary to the event from ISACA Chennai Chapter and its appointed partners/affiliates.
Examples: registration confirmation, business networking opportunities, on-site check-in instructions, surveys, etc. If you wish to opt-out, please send an email to ISACA Chennai @ hon.secretary@isaca-chennai.org
Exhibitors and/or sponsors during the event signify your consent to receiving communications directly from that organisation. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the substitute participant at least 2 days prior to the conference. Please also note that the substitute shall be of the same category as you are, like members of ISACA or non-member etc.
A refund of 75% less administrative charge will be made for cancellation received in writing 5 days before the event for which you have registered.
Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation within 5 days before start of the event.
If, for any reason, the Organizer must cancel an event, liability is limited solely to the registration fees paid. The Organizer is not responsible for other issues or expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees.
