In today’s world, an individual to international institution are expected to have a presence in the cyber space – be it a commercial or not-for-profit organizations. Efficiency and wider reach are undoubtedly admirable pull factors to try to reach our clients and prospects through the net. At the same time, many are sceptical about the technology for the fresh threats they bring in their fold. There are enough horror stories to deflect the enthusiasm of those new entrants who wish to invest in technology. The target of the evil eyes and minds do not stop with the confidential data any more. Now they have â graduated to steal Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitively PII which compromises the Privacy of the stakeholders – employee, vendor, customer etc. The workshop endeavours to educate about the forms of threats, vulnerabilities which invite attacks on and an holistic approach to deal with the attacks on Data Privacy.
