Brief about talk

Health and wellness are two words that appear to be synonymous and mean the same to most of us. Despite their similarity, health and wellness are distinct concepts that, in practical application, should enhance each other.

Health is a goal; wellness is the same goal with embedded activities towards the goal. In short, wellness is the active pursuit to bring a distance closer and is a reiteration of powerful and beneficial daily habits.

Good habits lead to good health; wellness is both the path to and the progress of good habits.
