This quarter, we will focus on laying a strong foundation for building a resilient organization toward designing and implementing a risk-based process framework. This foundation is critical for cybersecurity, data privacy, cloud security, and business resilience. Our focus will be on addressing internal and external issues, identifying interested parties, understanding regulatory requirements, and assessing the relevance of climate risk.
Second Month: Linking Incident Response to Organizational Context
As organizations evolve in a rapidly changing business and digital landscape, the ability to respond effectively to incidents is critical to resilience. This session explores how incident response must be aligned with the unique context of the organization—its structure, business processes, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Nandan is a much sought after speaker for events – also as a Key Note Speaker for his alma mater at the events of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Annual Conferences of ISACA. One of the highlights in recent times was to be a speaker in Sultanate of Oman – Muscat. This was for Bank Muscat the largest bank in Oman and
the speaking assignment was on “Business Leadership” with over 120 CEOs of the clients of Bank Muscat. Apart from India, he has done speaking, training and Consulting assignments in Singapore, Malaysia, Jakarta, Bali, Dubai and Muscat and GCC Countries. Nandan is amongst the first Indians to introduce Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP) in the management and business leader training seminars way back in 1994.
