Brief about talk Title: So that Illness does not strike again… Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) have become one of the greatest public health challenges of our time. Premature deaths, the rising prevalence of diabetes, and the increasing incidence of cancer—all medical research strongly emphasizes that beyond genetic factors, diet and environment play a crucial role in these conditions. With the growing elderly population and the burden of debilitating diseases affecting people at a younger age, what are the things we should do—and should avoid—in our food choices and lifestyle practices? This talk explores the concerns and considerations essential for a happy and healthy life. Speaker Profile
