AGM NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of the Chennai Chapter of ISACA will be held on Friday, the 2nd of Sep 2022 at Hotel Maris, 11, Cathedral Rd, Gopalapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600086. The meeting will begin at 6.05 PM to transact the following business:
- To accept and adopt the Honorary Secretary’s report for the year 2021-2022.
- To accept and adopt the Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2021-2022.
- To accept and adopt the updated Chapter bylaws version.
- To appoint the auditor for the year financial year 2022-2023. M/s. Sathiyamurthy and Associates have accepted to be our auditor for the year 2022-23.
- To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
All the members are requested to attend the meeting and make the deliberations fruitful. The meeting will be followed by dinner.
Kindly note that there are no CPE credits for this meeting.
